Handling and Storage: Basils - 55 Degrees Fahrenheit, no ice; refrigerate in plastic bag with air crisper. Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits. Chervil - 38 - 40 Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits. Oregano - 48 - 50 Degrees Fahrenheit, no ice. Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits. Other herbs - Store at 34 - 36 Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep away from ethylene-producing fruits. As will all fresh produce, rinsing before use is recommended. Availability: year-round |
